40 years of leadership in youth and young adult services as an advocate for systems change to improve the lives of young people. I’ve worked in executive positions in community services in Stratford, child welfare running the Fairfield County office for DCF, juvenile justice and youth leadership development for RYASAP and the CT Justice Alliance in Bridgeport and in retirement — teaching at Fairfield University and the Encore program at UCONN as well as leadership coaching for nonprofit organizations. I also do legislative lobbying on juvenile justice issues. Married, 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
