My work is unique in that we must maintain laser focus on providing a safe
environment to explore and enrich identity and individuality, and build intellectual
capacity to think critically and reasonably.
My current position as inaugural chief diversity officer has allowed me to bring these skills and knowledge to bear in uncovering and addressing how equity and inclusion play a role in impeding or advancing these efforts.
In my spare time I enjoy family; skiing, golf and being outdoors. "
