I am a physician scientist, specializing in pediatric hematology-oncology. I care for pediatric patients with cancer and blood disorders. I perform basic and translational research focusing on germ cell development and germ cell tumors. Germ cell tumors are a tumor that effects pediatric and young adult patients. The goal of my research is to understand how tumors form, to identify better ways to diagnosis and monitor tumors and identify novel treatments.
